Currently Chief Executive Officer of Quess Corp, he joined in 2011 as GM Sales for Staffing. Lohit serves on the Executive Board of ISF, representing 100+ staffing companies in India since 2018. Elected President for a second term (2022-2024) at ISF, he engages with industry leaders, employers, and the Government to develop staffing in India and formalize the workforce. An influential speaker, Lohit has appeared at ASU GSV 2019, UNICEF’s Yuwaah launch, and ISF conferences nationwide..

Sunitha Karthikeyan is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Quess Corp. With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.
Sr. Manager Finance
With over 15 years of expertise in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation, Mr Krishna Kumar MK boasts a Master’s in Business Administration with a Finance Specialization from Symbiosis. Currently contributing significantly to Quess since 2015, he has navigated diverse roles, including Business Finance and Finance Controllerships for subsidiaries. Prior to his tenure at Quess, they held a pivotal position as Finance Controller at SAB Miller India. Beyond the numbers, Mr. Krishna finds passion in exploring the world through travel, capturing moments with a camera lens, and immersing himself in the captivating world of cinema.
CEO, Quess Lanka
Tej has been with Quess since 2007 and currently leads a team of professionals managing operations and delivery. He is an adept speaker and has been a guest lecturer on various occasions at prestigious educational institutions. A philanthropist at heart, Tej is associated with various NGOs committed to improving lives of the underserved section of the society.
Country Manager
Dheeraj joined Quess Corp six years ago and has staffing industry experience of over 15 years. He continues working towards solidifying client relationships via seamless management of client portfolios. His expertise lies in operations, client engagement, and equity management. He is known for establishing a sturdy foothold in the Northern Indian region for Quess Staffing Solutions before taking over as the DGM of Quess Sri Lanka.
Currently, he manages the overall business and drives the workforce in Sri Lanka to make Quess a preferred business partner for clients across industries. Dheeraj holds a degree in Economics from Punjab University.

CG Hardy serves as the Chief Delivery Officer for Quess IT Staffing.
Hardy has a multitude of certifications in Computers, System Management, Global Project Management, ITILL (F), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and a wealth of experience of over two decades in working with top Fortune 500 clients on People Supply Chain planning and execution for both lateral and contingent workforce models.
Prior to joining Quess, he worked with Nestle, DXC, Steria-Sopra, Wipro, and Harman International.
